Time Inc.’s PEOPLE, the world’s most popular magazine and celebrity brand reaching more than 59 million consumers each week, teamed up with NBC and dick clark productions, the world’s largest producer and proprietor of live television events, for “The PEOPLE Magazine Awards,” a star-studded event special and snapshot of the year in pop culture.
The two-hour special broadcasted live on NBC on Thursday, Dec. 18, from the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
Nick Cannon hosted the show with performances by 5 Seconds of Summer, Maroon 5 and Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams.
Presenters included Jeff Bridges, Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting, Eric Dane, Josh Gad, Josh Groban, Diane Guerrero, Ryan Guzman, Sean Hayes, John Krasinski, Elisabeth Moss, Ryan Phillippe, Nicole Richie, Melissa Rivers and Roselyn Sanchez.
