This is an entry level position on the strategy arm of the Marketing & Digital Strategy team, servicing the digital for our owned and operated accounts, partners, sponsors and talent. The Senior Manager, Creative Brand Strategy & Integrated Marketing reports directly to the Director, Creative Brand Strategy & Integrated Marketing. This position plays a crucial creative role on the Brand Marketing & Digital Strategy team, servicing brands looking to partner with dick clark productions around its flagship tentpole events. As a key member of the team, the Senior Manager will work hand in hand with the Brand Strategy Director and Coordinator, as well as the Account and Sales teams to respond to brand briefs and create effective pitch materials. This process includes leading creative ideation, managing and tracking the communication between sales and account teams, developing the style of original presentations, editing existing presentations, writing outlines, and/or creative briefs.
The ideal candidate has strong communication, writing and creative skills, works well under pressure to extreme deadlines, likes working in a group setting, and can adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Demonstrated experience in live TV and brand integrations is preferred.

The Manager, Creative Content reports directly to the Vice President, Creative Content & Post Production. This position is currently based in Santa Monica, CA.
As a member of the Brand, Marketing & Digital Strategy department, the Manager, Creative Content is an integral part of the team tasked with conceiving and producing creative video content for dick clark productions’ digital and social programming.
The Manager is responsible for providing support to the Creative team leading up to, during and after events while managing crew involved in production shoots.
As a member of the department, the Account Director will lead a team tasked with developing and managing fully integrated revenue-based partnerships for dick clark’s slate of music and entertainment televised events.
The Account Director, Brand Partnerships will lead a team focused on account development during presale and account management during post sale. During presale the team will work with the creative brand strategy team to package show inventory and develop comprehensive presentations for prospective and incumbent clients following proactive efforts from the sales team, brand briefs, and/or RFPs submitted for consideration. In addition, once becoming sold business, the Account Director and their team will manage the day-to-day client accounts leading up to, during production and after events.
The Account Director must have a strong ability to communicate the logic and benefits of proposed programs to prospective clients and internal parties through verbal communication as well as through Keynote presentations, outlines, and/or through creative briefs within a short timeline.
The Account Director will also have a leadership role in overseeing the creation of comprehensive sales materials such as one sheets and general presentations in an effort to continue revenue growth and retention.
The Account Director, Brand Partnerships reports directly to the Vice President, Brand, Marketing & Digital Strategy. The Account Director will also attend calls, meetings and complete tasks at the direction of the department’s Executive Vice President.
